The taste of Pyongyang-style cuisine passed down from generation to generation in the family

-Located at Chungjeong-ro Station in Seodaemun-gu, a short 300-meter-long honorary street called "To France". Contrary to the name of the street, there is a restaurant for office workers decorated in the style of Korean hanok. Based on the family's generation-passed recipes, such as the 'Pyongyang style Chicken Soup' and spicy chicken soup, which are hard to find anywhere else, the dishes here remind diners of the comfort of home-cooked meals prepared by their mothers.

-Pyongyang style Chicken Soup, which has become a healing food for office workers in Seodaemun-gu, will make your stomach feel comfortable when you eat it.

-When we think of chicken soup, we usually think of a dark red soup dish, but Cheongan Siktak's 'Pyongyang style' Chicken Soup is a completely different from the usual chicken soup. The flavor of the chicken is soothing, as it is a recipe passed down from her mother-in-law from North Korea, and the chicken is sliced into bite-sized pieces in a thick broth made with chicken and green onions simmered in a thick broth, and the taste of the chicken is soothing, which seems to show the essence of Pyongyang cuisine.

-Refrigerate and defrost the product for at least 6 hours, then pour the contents into a pot and boil for about 3~4 minutes. You can slurp it up with white rice, but you can also make chicken porridge, and sometimes you can add ramen noodles to make chicken noodles, or you can add dumplings and use it as a dumpling soup for Pyongyang style Chicken Soup.

-It is processed and packaged in a HACCP certified factory and manufactured in a quarantine-free and hygienic clean, so you can eat it with confidence.
